💫 What is Theory U?

Theory U proposes a “U-shaped” journey, in which we descend to observe and listen with presence and awareness, let go of what no longer serves us, and ascend again with a new vision of what wants to emerge.

This process, known as Presencing, allows us to align purpose and action, unlocking the creative potential of individuals and teams.
