We started in tourism, one of the sectors where the impact of our choices is most visible. Over time, we realized that the same need for change existed in all areas: in companies, in leadership, in brands, and in communities.

Today we work with organizations and people who feel that the current model is no longer enough.

Who want to align results with responsibility.

Sandra Matos is the founder of Please Disturb and has worked for over two decades in the fields of tourism, strategy, communication, and leadership.

Throughout her career, she has developed projects with companies, destinations, and teams, always focusing on aligning business, people, and impact.

Today, she is dedicated to developing regenerative business models, conscious leadership, and intentional communication, supporting organizations and decision-makers during times of evolution and repositioning.
