Please Disturb Tourism Experts is committed to protecting your personal data and information in compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 "on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation). Please Disturb Tourism Experts warrants that your personal data will only be processed for the purposes set out in point 2 and will not be used for any other purpose. 4. Will my information be shared with others?

If you are our client/partner, your personal information may be processed by subcontractors of the company/persons, namely for website hosting, email, accounting firm and design services. These companies are only provided with the personal data necessary for the provision of the service in question.

c) Erasure: you can request the erasure of your personal data as long as there are no legal requirements for its storage.

e) Limitation of processing: you may request limitation of the processing of your personal data in the form of suspension of processing or limitation of processing to certain categories of data or processing purposes.

7. Can I revoke my consent later?

If consent is legally required for the processing of personal data, the owner of the data has the right to withdraw consent at any time, as long as this right does not compromise the lawfulness of the processing carried out on the basis of the consent given beforehand or the further processing of the same data on another legal basis, such as the fulfilment of the contract or the legal obligation to which Please Disturb Tourism Experts is the subject.

8. How long is the personal data kept?
